Que nous réservent les Grammy Awards 2026 ?

Ce sera l’un des événements (musicaux) phares de l’année prochaine. La très attendue cérémonie des Grammy Awards 2026 – les Oscars de la musique – aura lieu le 1 février 2026, à la Crypto.com Arena de Los Angeles. Et son palmarès comprend de nombreuses évidences… Ainsi que quelques surprises.

On retrouve notamment le duo composé de la chanteuse sud-coréenne Rosé et de Bruno Mars, nommé pour leur tube APT. Billie Eilish décroche également une place grâce à son titre Wildflower. Justin Bieber, lui, fait son grand retour avec Swag, son premier album en quatre ans. Quant à la bande originale du film d’animation de Netflix K-pop Demon Hunters, véritable phénomène planétaire cet été, elle s’impose avec trois nominations, dont une pour son morceau phare Golden (2025).

Kendrick Lamar et Sabrina Carpenter parmi les favoris

Cette année, les grands favoris – récoltant le plus de nominations – demeurent cependant Kendrick Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga et Bad Bunny. Ce dernier, prochain héros du Super Bowl, est nommé dans les catégories “Album de l’année” pour son opus Debí Tirar Más Fotos (2025) et “Enregistrement de l’année” pour le morceau DtMF (2025). SZA, Turnstile et Tyler, the Creator figurent aussi parmi les artistes nommés aux Grammy Awards.

Par contre, The Weeknd, Gracie Abrams, Lorde, Ravyn Lenae et Playboy Carti ont été snobés. Et Taylor Swift ne pourra prétendre à de nouvelles distinctions qu’en 2027 avec The Life of a Showgirl, son douzième album paru trop tard pour être éligible à la cérémonie 2026. Même scénario pour l’Espagnole Rosalía, dont le quatrième album Lux vient tout juste de sortir.
