The alternative community of Andrea Zittel

In her quest for total freedom and ethical living, which is derived from her constant reflection on human nature, American artist Andrea Zittel has established an alternative community in the California desert. Baptized A–Z West, it includes various workshops as well as a series of minimalist desert cabins where paying guests can go to meditate on the meaning of life.
