8 Trends Spotted at the Men’s Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Fashion Week

Numéro dives into the trends that have marked the Men’s Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Fashion Week in Milan and Paris. From updated versions of suits to fur coats and the slow comeback of skinny jeans, here’s an overview of what men will wear next season.

Coats are draped with white

During the Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Fashion Week, the white coat has established itself as one of the key pieces in the masculine wardrobe. Spotted at Fursac in a long, structured version, it was reminiscent of timeless elegance, while it appeared in tight-fitting cuts for a sculptural allure at Dior. At IM Men, Issey Miyake’s men’s line, coats explored fluidity through light and airy textures. The white coat eventually emerged in a bold version, blending the spirit of couture with Mediterranean sophistication on Jacquemus’ catwalk.

The classic suit goes wild

During this Men’s Fashion Week, the traditional suit has been turned into a true field of stylistic experimentation. At the Louis Vuitton show by Pharrell Williams and Nigo, the silhouettes were characterised by asymmetrical cuts and innovative textures, while Colm Dillane designed striped suits in a dark colour palette for KidSuper. As for American designer Willy Chavaria, he revamped this emblematic piece with checked prints and wide-leg volumes for a committed fashion show.

The slow comeback of skinny jeans

The Fall/Winter 2025-2026 collections also saw the return of slim-fitted jeans, featuring a tighter cut without being too skinny. At Dior, these designs came within the scope of a refined aesthetic, enhanced by sophisticated materials and details. Bluemarble interpreted the trend with a retro touch, incorporating faded shades reminiscent of the 2000s. Finally, the Prada show was marked by the resurgence of the ‘Indie Sleaze’ trend as Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons imagined a more casual version of slim-fitted trousers, paired with velvet blazers.

Down jackets go maximalist

For the Fall/Winter 2025-2026 season, designers have come up with a series of XXL down jackets and quilted jackets that combine extreme comfort with a powerful aesthetic. At 3. Paradis, they came in oversized volumes and almost seemed inflated with helium. The label Y-3 relied on innovative materials and sporty cuts to breathe urban energy into these must-have pieces. At last, KidSuper revamped the down jacket with bold patterns and bright colours in collaboration with the streetwear label Bape.

Mini-shorts shake the men’s wardrobe up

Spotted at the Fursac and Jacquemus runway shows, men’s mini-shorts are all the rage this season. Next season, the men’s wardrobe will be filled with these daring fashion pieces, from the boxer short version seen at the MSGM fashion show to the very airy design by Lemaire

Faux fur coats are all the rage

On the Parisian catwalks, faux fur coats have also established themselves as one of the must-have pieces of this season. Sacai played on contrasts with technical yokes, while 424 and 3. Paradis adorned their faux furs with contemporary cuts and streetwear details. At the Milan Fashion Week, Emporio Armani and Dolce & Gabbana offered new versions of the trend through more classic, luxurious designs with impeccable finishes.

Pink is trending with men

Pink, the star colour of the Fall/Winter 2025-2026, made a powerful comeback on the men’s catwalks. At the Dior show, Kim Jones introduced refined silhouettes in powder pink hues and sophisticated cuts to bring out a certain delicacy in the male wardrobe. For his new collection for Louis Vuitton, Pharrell Williams designed pink cardigans with chequered patterns as a proof that the trend can also apply to streetwear.

As for Rochas, the house relied on pastel shades for its coats and jackets with broad shoulders in a romantic gesture. Finally, Maria Koch reinterpreted the colour with bold textures, injecting a resolutely contemporary energy into her creations for the Berlin label 032C.
