7 terrifying stories for the spin-off of “American Horror Story”
Having first started in 2011, “American Horror Story” – the anthology series created by Ryan Murphy – will unveil its tenth season on August 25th on the Hulu channel. In the meantime, the first season of the spin-off series, “American Horror Stories”, a collection of seven terrifying episodes, will be available in the United States from July 15th.
Like a sort of horrific appetizer – a few weeks before the tenth season of American Horror Story (2011), scheduled for August 25th – the spin-off of the series imagined by Ryan Murphy, the most prolific creator of the moment, has been revealed in a psychedelic teaser. The new series, entitled American Horror Stories, and subtitled “Fear takes new form”, will feature seven one-hour episodes with distinct plots, one of which will be directed by Sarah Paulson, the director’s favourite actress from the anthology series.
The cast will include recurring stars from the director’s series, including Kevin McHale (Glee), Dyllón Burnside (Pose) and Nico Greetham (The Prom). Available on the FX on Hulu platform in the United States from July 15th, it promises to be full of references to the universe of the original series, from the Murder House – the scary setting of the first season – to the Rubber Man – a Machiavellian character from season 1 who this time takes the appearance of a woman. The first episode of the series, entitled Rubber (Wo)man, follows the strange events after a father and daughter move into a house haunted by a disturbing past.
