An effortless wardrobe for the Spring/Summer 2026 collection
Just two days after a well-received Emporio Armani show, the unmissable and tireless Italian designer once again gathered guests at Milan Fashion Week to present his Spring/Summer 2026 collection. While the former leaned into a gorpcore and techwear wardrobe – very popular among the younger generations – this second show embraced a more elegant and mature vibe, inspired by summer landscapes and temperatures.
Despite Giorgio Armani’s recent hospitalization preventing him from attending his show, the collection featured no less than 115 looks. Fluid, yet impeccably tailored ensembles that effortless sculpt his silhouettes.

In addition to the irresistible male-female duos who walked the runway side by side, satin wide-legged trousers and double-breasted jackets stood out. The cuts were loose enough to face the heat while preserving a certain poise. The materials floated and brushed against the body without constraining it: trench coats and leather jackets were as thin and light as shirts.
Knitwear gently enveloped the body, while vests were buttoned at the chest or sternum only. The colour palette ranged from deep blue to gray, with touches of beige and white. It underlined the designer’s simple, yet effective inspiration, developed alongside his right-hand man, Leo Dell’Orco: the harmony of nature… A poetic Spring/Summer 2026 collection, which reflects an Italian fashion house that continues to make us dream, season after season.
