Worn effortlessly by British actress Michaela Coel and by it-girl Hailey Bieber, they can easily be styled with loafers, in the manner of Loli Bahia, for a decidedly cool-kid look, or paired with boots for an unapologic cowgirl aesthetic, like Bella Hadid.

Whether they are faded, fitted, wrapped, high-waist, in linen, leather, or adorned with multiple pockets, one thing is certain — bermuda shorts are set to become our main fashion ally.

An iconic, ever-relevant fabric, denim is being reinvented this spring in cool and desirable versions, fully embracing the bermuda trend. Pieces from Carhartt WIP and H&M are worth picking up this season, not forgetting Chloé, which is offering a hybrid style somewhere between slim-fit trousers and capri pants.

While Ralph Lauren opts for pure simplicity with a pair of white denim bermuda shorts, other brands like Mango offer a lightweight linen version, with fine stripes and subtly pleated in a tailored manner.

Cargo bermuda shorts

Spotted outside the McQueen Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show, model Stella Lucia paused for photographers wearing a lace-up top and sand cargo bermuda shorts. A rock-inflected look echoed in the Sandro and Levi’s collections.

Leather bermuda shorts

While Lemaire embraces dad shorts, crafting them in supple leather and transforming them into an elegant piece with emphasised curves, Massimo Dutti turns to suede. The brand designs a loose, straight-cut bermuda with two large pockets on each side.
