An influencer caught on stage in Paris
“There’s no mystery, I’m gonna make it. Gonna go down in history” claims Addison Rae on one of her hits, Fame is a Gun. After attending the concert of the new pop sensation at the Zénith, in Paris, September 2nd 2025, we are now convinced that her prophecy came true.
However, no one could have predicted it. Because before becoming a singer, songwriter and actress, the 24 years old woman used to be a teenager turned global TikTok star.
Since then, the influencer – publicly endorsed by Charli XCX and Arca – became a global phenomenon. Especially due to her enticing singles, awe-inspiring music videos and successful dance-pop-trip hop debut album, Addison, released in 2025.
The first Addison Rae’s tour
Despite it all, one question remained : could she live up to the standards on stage ? The beautiful Addison Rae launches her first tour, The Addison Tour. And we were in attendance at her concert in Paris, which was one of first live performances. The star should have performed at the Olympia, but a strong demand from her fans led her to switch places. The least we can say is that the craze is fully justified.
On stage, the it girl Addison Rae has the charisma and talent of someone who has been born on it. With strong dance skills, she moves with music – making her hypnotic during the show. Dance is one of her main assets, that she carefully highlights with engaging choreos and stylish costumes.
Dainty lingerie, enticing dance moves and musc hits
With very little set design (a forged iron gate, a chandelier, confetti and light effects), the showgirl Addison Rae has very little to fall back on to entertain her audience but her physical feats and her dancers’ presence.
And miraculously, it is enough. The pop-synthpop-R’n’B-house singles blew up on the internet, such as Diet Pepsi, High Fashion, Aquamarine or the melancholic Headphones On. The instrumentals play with 2000s pop nostalgia. And her voice, while being a bit wavering, is irresistible and moving. The energy she brings out on stage and the way people react to her reminisce Britney Spears, Lana Del Rey and Madonna‘s.
She also performs her feature on Von Dutch by her friend Charli XCX – screaming on the single and on stage. Much as the queen of “Brat Summer”, Addison Rae is able to hold a one-hour show on her own, without huge sets or dancers to hide behind. She is indeed on her winning journey.
