  • the new Denim Tears x Levi’s Collection

For their fourth collaboration, Levi’s and Denim Tears dive deep into the culture of New Orleans, paying tribute to the heritage of the Black Masking Indians. Every year during Mardi Gras, these African Americans parade through the city in richly adorned costumes inspired by Native American ceremonial dress. This capsule doesn’t just celebrate a cultural tradition—it brings it to life in the present, spotlighting the energy, creativity, and pride of an entire community. Each piece is deliberately imperfect, echoing the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of Mardi Gras attire. With this collaboration, Tremaine Emory, founder of Denim Tears, continues to bridge the gap between collective memory and contemporary fashion.

The collection is available on Levi.com, in Levi’s stores, and at Denimtears.com.

The Schott NYC x Kolam leather and crochet Jacket

If any brand has mastered the art of rallying a community through bold fashion collaborations, it’s Schott NYC. Since 2017, the American label has brought its century-old expertise to creative minds, luxury houses, and niche labels, both in France and beyond. Their latest project? A highly limited-edition piece with Kolam. Tucked away in Paris’s 10th arrondissement, this Sri Lankan street food micro-restaurant was founded by Lahiru Weladawe—a devoted fashion enthusiast. The result? As cool as it is impactful. Schott NYC’s iconic leather jacket is topped with a handmade crochet vest that took 36 hours to craft. The finishing touch? Jewelry inspired by traditional Kolam masks.

The Schott NYC x Kolam leather jacket is available at The Archivist Store, 13 rue Taylor.

Maison Margiela x Christian Louboutin Tabi shoes

Undoubtedly one of fashion’s most iconic pieces, Martin Margiela’s Tabi shoe has captivated and divided since its debut in 1988. Inspired by traditional Japanese footwear, the split-toe design has been reimagined in countless forms over the years—and now it gets a standout update. Christian Louboutin brings his vision to the table with an ultra-feminine ballet flat. With silver tulle and rhinestones, the signature red sole, and those unmistakable split toes, the Marlougiela Strass is already a cult classic. “The Tabi is the synthesis of deconstruction and creative minimalism. With Margiela, it’s a form of minimalism that hides deep creativity,” he told Numéro in an interview.

The Sportswear-Infused Acne Studios x Kappa Drop

This one was unexpected: Acne Studios teams up with Kappa for a collection made for lovers of fashion and function alike. The 22-piece line reinterprets sportswear classics with an avant-garde twist. Think flamboyantly printed soccer jerseys, relaxed denim, streamlined tracksuits, and bold sneakers. The iconic Bowlina bag gets a fiery makeover with double branding, making it a true statement piece. Inspired by vintage sports jerseys, the collection plays with athletic codes—Kappa-branded side stripes on pants, second-skin base-layer tops, and a color palette blending neutrals with pops of signature pink.

Gentle Monster x Maison Margiela Eyewear

And because we love Maison Margiela so much, here’s another collab—this time in a whole new realm. For its third collection with ultra-cool Korean eyewear label Gentle Monster, Margiela unveils 20 designs that blend classicism with futurism. Whether optical or cybercore sunnies, expect metallic finishes and Margiela’s iconic four white stitches throughout. Our top picks? A silver mask-style frame and a retro-futurist round pair with curved arms.
