Kendrick Lamar invite Don Cheadle pour son clip puissant “DNA”
Après avoir dévoilé, il y a quelques jours à peine, le clip de “Humble”, le rappeur californien originaire de Compton revient avec “DNA”.

Dans “DNA”, Kendrick Lamar passe au détecteur de mensonges et fait rapper l’acteur Don Cheadle (l’interprète de War Machine dans la saga Iron Man). Réalisé par Nabil Elderkin, habitué à travailler avec les NAS, Travis Scott, Franck Ocean, Kanye West… le clip met en scène les deux protagonistes dans une salle d’interrogatoire. Avec une apparition du rappeur ScHoolboy Q, ce clip confirme une nouvelle fois l’univers engagé et créatif de celui qui, le 7 avril dernier, sortait son quatrième album intitulé “DAMN”.
In “DNA”, Kendrick Lamar takes a lie detector test and has actor Don Cheadle (War Machine in the Iron Man saga) rapping. Directed by Nabil Elderkin – who regularly works with NAS, Travis Scott, Franck Ocean, Kanye West – the video features the two protagonists in an interrogation room. With the appearance of rapper ScHoolboy Q, the video once again affirms the creative and politicised nature of the man who on April 7th released his fourth album entitled “DAMN”.
