According to the French newspaper <em>Le Parisien<\/em>, she will unveil a new single on February 27th, 2026, co-written and co-produced with the French duo <a href=\"https:\/\/numero.com\/en\/non-classifiee-2\/pleasure-the-new-sexual-video-by-justice-2\/\"><strong>Justice<\/strong><\/a>. This very electronic track is said to blend French and English lyrics. Titled <strong><em>What You Want<\/em><\/strong>, the song follows in the footsteps of <strong><em>Fever<\/em><\/strong> (2020), her duet with <a href=\"https:\/\/numero.com\/en\/culture-en\/dua-lipa-in-7-memorable-collaborations-from-miley-cyrus-to-madonna-2\/\"><strong>Dua Lipa<\/strong><\/a>, which alternated between French and English. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>The uptempo track proves highly effective. Justice\u2019s punchy signature sound provides the backdrop for the singer\u2019s soft voice<\/em>,\u201d Le Parisien notes about the new single. Justice) (2026).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The striking video for <em>What You Want<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ang\u00e8le turned to the electro duo Justice to bring their darker, more aggressive, dancefloor-driven edge to the track, and the fusion of their two worlds proved a perfect match. This collaboration with the duo formed by <strong>Gaspard Aug\u00e9<\/strong> and <strong>Xavier de Rosnay<\/strong> was accompanied by an arty, untamed music video shot on an iPhone in the streets of Marseille at night by (La)Horde, who also created the single\u2019s artwork. The video notably features the singer dancing with a young woman and kissing her among other queer couples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discussing the video, the collective of artists and choreographers that heads the Ballet National de Marseille explained: \u201c<em>We asked ourselves how, after the Olympic Games buzz surrounding her collaboration with Phoenix and Kavinsky, an artist of her generation could appropriate the codes of French Touch \u2014 a powerful artistic movement, but also a very male-dominated one. Produced alongside her longtime collaborator <strong>Tristan Salvati<\/strong>, the pop-electro track carries a strong message. In a press release, the singer explained: \u201c<em>Dis-le invites us to give voice to our inner thoughts, to express what we keep to ourselves. The song encourages us to break the silence, free ourselves, and proclaim our own identity loud and clear. It is an empowering, liberating anthem. An invitation to say what we feel in order to let it go<\/em> <em>and to declare who we truly are deep down<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This potential hit is accompanied by a music video directed by the Paris-based creative duo<strong> Suzie &amp; L\u00e9o<\/strong>, whose previous clients include <strong>Louis Vuitton<\/strong>, <strong>Nike<\/strong>, <strong>Fendi<\/strong>, and <strong>Yung Lean<\/strong>. Once again, the artistic collective <strong>(LA)HORDE <\/strong>was in charge of the choreography. A choice that suggests an electro-pop shift. The exact release date and title of her new album remain unknown. But the prospect of this new artistic direction is already thrilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all, <strong>Ang\u00e8le<\/strong> had already brilliantly ventured into electronic music during her surprise appearance at the closing ceremony of the <strong>Paris Olympic Games <\/strong>in 2024.
