A few years after the release of the dark comedy Sick of Myself <\/strong><\/em>(2022), starring\u00a0Kristine Kujath Thorp<\/strong>, and the feature film Dream Scenario <\/strong><\/em>(2023), in which Nicolas Cage<\/strong> embodies an awkward professor, Norwegian director Kristoffer Borgli<\/strong> is outlining the plot of his new project. The Drama<\/strong><\/em>, which will hit theatres on April 1st, 2026, tells the story of a couple whose relationship takes a wrong turn just days before their wedding, as the two lovebirds are caught up in the final preparations. Spending an evening with friends, the soon-to-be bride makes a shocking revelation that will upend her fianc\u00e9\u2019s future.<\/p>\n\n\n

The film will also mark the highly anticipated first on-screen collaboration between actress Zendaya<\/strong><\/a> and actor Robert Pattinson<\/strong><\/a>. The two talented actors will also be co-stars in Christopher Nolan<\/strong>‘s fresco The Odyssey<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, as well as in Denis Villeneuve<\/strong>‘s film Dune: Part Three<\/em><\/strong><\/a> in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n

At a press conference in Paris, which Num\u00e9ro<\/em> attended, the Euphoria<\/a><\/strong><\/em> star told us: \u201cI had a front-row seat to Robert\u2019s transformation from <\/em>The Drama <\/strong>to the next <\/em>Dune<\/strong>, and it was really amazing. I knew Rob as Rob, then I met Charlie [his character in <\/em>The Drama], and then his character in <\/em>Dune. And it\u2019s incredible how different they are. Even if he may feel like he doesn\u2019t know what he\u2019s doing, to me, it looks like a complete creation. I love watching him completely disappear into a new character. It\u2019s really impressive to witness, not just on screen, but in real life too<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
