Since the 1960s, the painter, sculptor, thinker, and philosopher has developed a minimalist language instantly recognizable. Simple elements are selected for their material presence &#8211; stones, steel plates, iron bars, mirrors, pigment-based paints &#8211; then associated with one another, with the space that welcome them and with the viewer looking at them.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1516\">That goes for a stone resting on a glass sheet or, as well as for his paintings, whose signature touch consists of a single tapered square executed with extreme focus and control in one move thanks to the width of his brushstroke. <strong><em data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1404\">Num\u00e9ro art<\/em><\/strong> first met with the artist in his Parisian studio, and then in the photo studio of another master, <strong>Paolo Roversi<\/strong>.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p><br\/><p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1570\"><strong>Thibaut Wychowanok, editor-in-chief of <em data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1570\">Num\u00e9ro art.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.numero.com\/en\/27-numero-art\"><em>Num\u00e9ro art 17 will be available at newsstands
