In 2020, British-American actress Anya Taylor-Joy<\/strong><\/a> made a lasting impression with the Netflix series The Queen\u2019s Gambit<\/em><\/strong>. Against the backdrop of mid-20th century chess competitions, the show revealed the talent and magnetic charm of the actress to a larger audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That production propelled her career and opened the doors to many prestigious projects. One can think of the comical film adaptation of Jane Austen\u2019s novel Emma<\/em><\/strong> (2020) by Universal Studios to the blockbuster Dune 2<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (2024), starring Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/strong><\/a> and Zendaya<\/strong><\/a>, or Furiosa<\/em><\/strong> (2024), the latest chapter in the Mad Max<\/em> saga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
