In just four years, the entrepreneur and the artistic director have opened three venues blend<\/span>ing <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hip ambiance with refined cuisine. First, the ultra cool izakaya <strong>Onii-San<\/strong> in the Marais<\/span>.
