Following the huge success of the <\/span>It<\/i><\/strong> films released in 2017 and 2019, adapted from Stephen King<\/strong>\u2019s eponymous novel, HBO<\/strong> will be conducting the series.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A darker prequel set in the 1960s, directed by Andr\u00e9s Muschietti<\/strong>, who also directed the two previous ones. It will follow a group of friends willing to do anything to find a missing loved one. The nine-episode series promises its share of red balloons, devious clowns, and a good dose of chills.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly one of the most iconic works of science fiction, the cyberpunk universe of <\/span>Blade Runner<\/span><\/i> will have its own series adaptation, after Ridley Scott<\/strong>\u2019s original 1982 film and Denis Villeneuve<\/strong>\u2019s 2017 sequel. Michelle Yeoh<\/strong> (<\/span>Everything Everywhere All at Once<\/span><\/i>) takes the lead role in this project set fifty years after the original film. Hunter Schafer<\/strong>, the breakout star of <\/span>Euphoria<\/i><\/strong>, will also join the cast of this sequel titled <\/span>Blade Runner 2099<\/span><\/i>, an adaptation of a novel by Philip K. Dick<\/strong>, and produced by Ridley Scott.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
