With over two million Instagram followers, she ranks among the most influential personalities of her generation\u2014thanks in part to her connection with singer Charli XCX, with whom she was part of the pop-rock band Nasty Cherry in 2019. As if her r\u00e9sum\u00e9 weren\u2019t already impressive, the model announced at the end of March that she\u2019s been cast in a highly anticipated upcoming horror film: the reboot of the cult classic <em data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1331\">I Know What You Did Last Summer<\/em>, released in France in 1998 and followed by two sequels through 2005.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following in the footsteps of <a href=\"https:\/\/numero.com\/en\/fashion\/the-cannes-film-festival-in-5-spectacular-red-carpet-appearances-from-angelina-jolie-to-bella-hadid-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bella Hadid<\/a> and <strong>Kaia Gerber<\/strong>, Gabbriette, 27, is set to make her acting debut. She\u2019ll star alongside young actors <strong>Nicholas Alexander Chaves<\/strong> and<strong> Lola Tung<\/strong>, as well as <strong>Madelyn Cline<\/strong> and <strong>Chase Sui Wonders<\/strong> (seen in <em data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2108\">Bodies Bodies Bodies<\/em> in 2022). The new version updates the late \u201990s horror classic. Directed by<strong> Jennifer Kaytin Robinson<\/strong>\u2014who penned the script for <strong><em data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2700\">Thor: Love and Thunder<\/em> (2022)<\/strong> and directed<strong> <em data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2733\">Do Revenge<\/em><\/strong> that same year starring Camila Mendes and <a href=\"https:\/\/numero.com\/en\/culture-en\/when-quentin-tarantino-predicted-the-fabulous-destiny-of-hollywoods-most-sought-after-actors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Maya Hawke<\/strong><\/a>\u2014the film follows a group of friends haunted by a deadly accident on the night of July 4 in the United States.
