Bradley Cooper has not finished surprising us yet<\/b>. This fall, the forty- seven-year-old American actor, known for his role as a playboy in Todd Phillips\u2019 provocative Very Bad Trip <\/i>trilogy, has become the new face of Louis Vuitton to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic Tambour watch. However, nothing predestined the actor to join the prestigious pantheon of the house\u2019s muses, alongside the famous British singer David Bowie<\/a> in 2013 and French actor Tahar Rahim in 2021. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

From the 2000s-inspired spiky-haired bartender in Bending All The Rules <\/i>(2002) to the burlesque martial arts coach named Bradley Cooper Blue Eyes in the satirical documentary Brother’s Justice <\/i>(2010)<\/b>, the actor was first known for his low comedy roles on the verge of parody, far from the glamorous image he has today. It was with his striking interpretation of the Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle in American Sniper <\/i>(2015), directed by Clint Eastwood<\/a>, that Bradley Cooper revealed the disturbing accuracy of his acting approach. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

In 2018, he stepped behind the camera for the first time with A Star is Born<\/i><\/b>. Starring Lady Gaga<\/a> as Ally, for which she won the Oscar for Best Original Song in 2019, he plays the role of Jackson Maine, a country music star with tons of addictions. The on-screen romance between the world- famous pop star and the Hollywood actor was the subject of much speculation and rumor. More recently, he directed and co- wrote the biopic Maestro<\/i>, about the union of American composer Leonard Bernstein, whom he plays, to Chilean actress Felica Montealegre. Nominated nine times at the Oscars, including three times for Best Actor \u2013 first in 2013 for his role alongside Jennifer Lawrence<\/a> in Happiness Therapy <\/i>(2013), then in 2015 for his role in American Sniper <\/i>(2015) with British-American actress Sienna Miller, and lasty in 2019 for his role in A Star is Born <\/i>(2018) \u2013, Bradley Cooper has conquered Hollywood. He now aims for the fashion world. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

The house of Louis Vuitton has chosen the actor to be the new face of its Tambour watch, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its iconic watch collection<\/b>. Created in 2002, it was inspired by the shape of a drum and offers a dial design ornamented with the twelve letters of the house standing as clock numbers. The Tambour Twenty follows the codes of the Louis Vuitton clockmaking classic, including the flared case and the brown dial, and updates them with an advanced mechanism and an engraving mentioning the limited edition of 200 pieces on the back. The black and white portraits taken by Irish photographer Boo George capture the watch\u2019s subtle combination of simplicity and elegance, while the video made by Oscar-winning director Damien Chazelle, whose work includes Whiplash <\/i>(2014) and La La Land <\/i>(2016), follows Bradley Cooper on a journey from a tropical jungle to an urban one. As the new face of Louis Vuitton<\/a>, he joins a cast of celebrities such as L\u00e9a Seydoux<\/a>, Madonna<\/a>, Jennifer Lopez<\/a>, and Kate Moss.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
