Met Gala 10 memorable looks

The annual fundraising gala launched in 1948, today hosted by Anna Wintour, takes place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. It is also an opportunity for celebrities to put on their most beautiful outfits and show off to the world. Each year, fashion designers imagine the wildest looks around a common theme, such as “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” in 2008, “Costumes of Royal India” in 1985, or “Dangerous Liaisons: Fashion and Furniture in the 18thCentury” in 2004. Throwback to 10 of the most iconic looks of this great event, from Naomi Campbell to Lana Del Rey.
