Watches and Wonders 2025: a showcase of luxury and jewels
The 2025 edition of Watches and Wonders revealed timepieces where horological art meets high jewelry. The leading jewelry houses presented creations that combined technical innovation with precious stones, highlighting exceptional craftsmanship. These watches are not merely instruments of time—they are masterpieces that blend beauty, technology, and luxury.

Chanel’s J12 Rivière Diamants
At Watches and Wonders 2025, Chanel introduced a line of jeweled watches that pay homage to the house’s heritage. Among them, the J12 Rivière Diamants with brilliant-cut stones stands out. A luminous, exceptional timepiece that reflects Mademoiselle Chanel’s love for dazzling gems, it flawlessly pairs white gold with 1,661 stones—an exquisite union of refinement and craftsmanship.

Rolex’s new Datejust
For the first time in its history, Rolex unveils a watch with a gradient red dial, achieved through a complex vapor-phase physical deposition technique. The bezel is set with 46 diamonds, and the bracelet features a stream of 18-carat yellow gold links. This little marvel embodies the perfect blend of comfort and luxury so dear to the watchmaking house.

Van Cleef & Arpels’ Ruban Mystérieux Watch
One of the most stunning pieces spotted this year at Watches and Wonders comes from Van Cleef & Arpels. Designed as a ribbon delicately wrapping around the wrist, this watch draws inspiration from the world of haute couture. A sublime 4.10-carat oval-cut diamond sits at the heart of the piece, surrounded by sapphires and emeralds that enhance the purity and finesse of this extraordinary creation.

Piaget’s new sixtie Watches
“At Piaget, a watch is first and foremost a piece of jewelry,” declared Yves Piaget, grandson of the maison’s founder. Staying true to this vision, Piaget unveiled new creations at Watches and Wonders 2025 that elegantly reinterpret the Sixtie model. Featuring a trapezoid-shaped dial inspired by 1960s design, a crown of diamonds, and a timelessly graphic aesthetic, the Sixtie continues to captivate.

Hermès’ Maillon Libre
The Maillon Libre by Hermès is both a timepiece and a jewel in its own right. Composed of mobile links concealing a barely visible rectangular dial, it comes in grey or rose gold, naturally adorned with a multitude of tiny diamonds. This delicately contoured creation marks the birth of a coveted object, both elegant and contemporary.

Bulgari’s Serpenti Aeterna
“Aeterna is more than a watch or a jewel. It is the ultimate expression of Bulgari’s forward-thinking vision,” shared Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, the house’s Director of Watch Design. Since 1948, Bulgari has constantly reimagined its iconic Serpenti design. This year, the Serpenti Aeterna—crafted in rose or white gold—represents a rebirth of that signature silhouette. With its sinuous form, the jewel gracefully wraps around and enhances the wrist, embodying a harmony of tradition and modernity.

Chopard’s diamond-studded masterpiece
In addition to a magnificent watch set with two enormous Colombian emeralds, Caroline Scheufele, Artistic Director of the French house Chopard, unveiled a dazzling white gold creation. With a lace-like finesse around the dial and at the center of the bracelet, this piece combines round-cut diamonds and tiny brilliants, amplifying its radiance to a breathtaking effect.

Patek Philippe’s Nautilus
This year, Patek Philippe unveiled a jeweled masterpiece inspired by the iconic Nautilus design. A blend of grey gold and baguette, and brilliant-cut diamonds, the octagonal bezel model captivates not only with its looks but also with its technology. The new Patek Philippe watch is equipped with an automatic movement featuring a “stop-seconds” function, ensuring unmatched precision.
