This year has been full of glamorous events as celebrities from the film, music, and fashion industries have vied to be the most stylish and elegant on the red carpets. At the 94th Academy Awards in March 2022, Zendaya once again caused a stir wearing a Valentino satin shirt and silver sequin mermaid skirt designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, as a tribute to Sharon Stone who defied conventions when she wore a men’s shirt casually tied in 1998. As she received her first Oscar for her performance in the film “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” on that same night, Jessica Chastain was radiant in her Gucci gown ornamented with a subtle gradation of copper and mauve sequins.

At the 64th Grammy Awards last April, pop star Dua Lipa struck all the attention in a bondage-style vintage Versace dress, as did Hailey Bieber in a minimalist Saint Laurent sheath dressed designed by Anthony V accarello. Not to mention the true revelation of the evening, the young Olivia Rodrigo, who dared to wear a Vivienne Westwood dress.
