Charles de Vilmorin’s first show for Rochas

For his very first collection for Rochas, the young French designer Charles de Vilmorin continues to explore his universe, mixing abundant colors and hand-drawn patterns (a universe that he had bypassed with his fall-winter 2021-2022 collection for his own label), while softening it with the original DNA of the house. For this spring-summer 2022 collection, the designer unveils a wardrobe that is both dark and colorful, with some pieces looking like they are on fire, and other pleated lamé dresses look like scales. Finally, Charles de Vilmorin also offered pieces decorated with abstract designs and patterns, in the same vein as those he had presented for his very first collection in his name.
