On Friday, May 2, Suki Waterhouse, Jorja Smith, Myd, Yung Lean, Real Estate, Blondshell, Don Toliver (teaming up with Doja Cat), Dove Cameron and Rico Nasty kick things off with new music.

A week later, fans of PinkPantheress and Kali Uchis are in for a treat as both artists release new albums. On May 16, there’s something for everyone with new material from Aminé, Lido Pimienta, Miso Extra, Rico Nasty, Shanty Celeste and Spill Tab.

On May 23, expect to hear plenty about Cola Boyy, Smerz, Sparks and Stereolab. And to round off the month in style, May 30 will see a wave of major album and single releases. Names to remember include Aesop Rock, Caroline, Garbage, Illuminati Hotties, Mariah Carey, Ty Segall and Yeule.

Also worth noting is the release of a special edition of Sufjan Stevens’ cult album Carrie & Lowell. But if there’s one release not to miss, it’s Miley Cyrus’s brand-new album Something Beautiful. With the flair of a pop-rock opera, this is one of the year’s most hotly anticipated records, alongside upcoming releases from Lorde, Addison Rae and Haim, slated for June 2025.
