Ryan Gosling dans un rôle historique pour le réalisateur de “La La Land”
Après le Blade Runner 2049 de Denis Villeneuve, c’est une nouvelle odyssée spatiale qui attend l’acteur canadien Ryan Gosling. Il retrouve d’ailleurs Damien Chazelle pour ce nouveau projet intitulé First Man, un réalisateur qu’il connaît bien puisqu’il l’a dirigé dans sa comédie musicale La La Land en 2016…

Expected in movie theatres from October 17th, the full length feature First Man is a biopic about Neil Armstrong, commander of the Apollo 11. And to embody him, Franco-American director Damien Chazelle has once again called upon the brooding Ryan Gosling, who he directed in his 2016 musical La La Land. Four photos were recently unveiled on people.com, and with its spectacular scenes, the film is looking like a worthy successor to Alfonso Cuaron’s Gravity. The cast is made up of American actor Corey Stoll (House of Cards) in the role of Buzz Aldrin, while Kyle Chandler (Manchester by the Sea) and Jon Bernthal (The Wolf of Wall Street) respectively play Deke Slayton, recruiter for NASA and Dave Scott, pilot of the space module Gemini 8 in 1966.

Attendu en salle le 17 octobre, le long-métrage First Man est un biopic consacré à Neil Armstrong, commandant de la mission Apollo 11. Et pour l’incarner, le cinéaste franco-américain Damien Chazelle fait une nouvelle fois appel au ténébreux Ryan Gosling qu’il dirigeait en 2016 dans sa comédie musicale La La Land. Quatre photographies ont été dévoilées par le site people.com, et avec ses scènes spectaculaires, le film encore en tournage devrait être le digne successeur du Gravity d’Alfonso Cuaron dans son aspect spectaculaire.
